About the Association
The Marina Community Association is dedicated to protecting and improving the distinctive residential quality of San Francisco’s Marina District. We are a volunteer organization that actively participates with government and other civic agencies for the betterment of our community.
The Marina Community Association is a registered California corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(4) non-profit. It operates under corporate bylaws which require a Board of Directors to be elected each year by vote of the Active members; the Board then elects corporate officers. Marina Community Association activities are coordinated through committees made up of both Board and non-Board members. All members are encouraged to participate. The Board typically meets the last Thursday of every month, email email@example.com for more information.
